Passionate about the power of digital to transform the sector, Alison has worked on digital strategy projects for some of the biggest names in the UK – including Action for Children, Alzheimer’s Society, MS Society, RNIB, RSPCA and Diabetes UK.

She doesn’t just focus on strategy within large organisations, she also delivers innovation programmes, has a real interest in user experience and how digital can transform . With a vast amount of experience, Alison also leads work resolving digital projects, teams and programmes that are experiencing some issues.

Alison was the Head of Digital at Age UK throughout and led the digital part of what was heralded as the ‘biggest charity merger of the decade’ – leading two organisations, 175 partners and 300 sites to become one user-centric digital platform and firmly embedding digital as the very centre of the organisation. One year after the new organisation launched, its digital presence was ranked number one by Third Sector. She understands the unique challenges faced by charities and is highly skilled at developing digital strategies that work within organisations experiencing cultural and resource issues to start delivering results and transforming the environment.
