Action on Hearing Loss

Putting digital at the heart of the organisation’s new strategy

We’re delighted to be working with Action on Hearing Loss as they undertake a major strategic review which will set their direction until 2023.  Alison will be leading the digital workstream and acting as interim Director of Digital Transformation, ensuring that digital plays a transformational role at the heart of the strategy process.

The project is particularly exciting as the organisation is looking to deliver a major leap forward in its digital capability. Action on Hearing Loss has already identified digital as a major enabler for future growth and is keen to focus on digital’s potential to deliver services, increase reach and engagement and to strengthen their campaigning and volunteering work.

Having led transformation and strategy projects across the sector, we will be working closely to bring our deep understanding of how charities, digital, user research and transformation work together into a roadmap for change.

Paul Breckell, CEO of Action on Hearing Loss, said:

“Digital technology has such great potential to positively change the world for people who are deaf, have tinnitus and hearing loss as well as to transform the way we operate as a contemporary charity. With this in mind I’m delighted that we have someone as skilled and experienced as Alison working with us as we develop our digital strategy.”
