Ali McCormack – Digital strategist, programme design and recovery
Having earned her stripes as Head of Digital for Age UK during their merger, Ali founded We Are MC2 nearly ten years ago. She has led successful strategy and transformation programmes across the sector at organisations such as the DEC, Action on Hearing Loss, MS Society, Institute of Physics and Drinkaware.
Liz is highly experienced third sector specialist, having led a very successful programme of digital change at the MS Society. She specialises in digital engagement and customer journey strategies. She has led major customer engagement and content projects for ActionAid, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Blind Veterans UK.
Avril’s led user experience projects at a wide range of leading companies, government bodies and, more recently for charities including the Institute of Physics, Hospice UK and Muscular Dystrophy UK. With a background in design she specialises in designing research that can be translated into a final product.
Kate fuses an in-depth knowledge of user experience research techniques with a wealth of experience, including working with some of the digital world’s biggest names. She’s delivered the user insight for organisations like Age UK, DEC, Drinkaware, Action on Hearing Loss and the MS Society.
