A passionate advocate of user-centric digital, Kate has led a wide range of projects in the Third Sector.  She brings a rigorous research-based approach to all her work to develop a thorough understanding of the needs and motivations of different audience segments.

She has extensive experience of usability testing, survey design, interviewing and diary studies, as well as an understanding of statistics, ethics and behavioural science. Her sense of curiosity fuels her interactions with users, and keeps her up to date with new research tools and developments in the field of human-computer interaction.
