The DEC has recently set itself an ambitious and transformative plan for how it will use digital to enable its mission. As an organisation it has grasped the opportunity that digital technology combined with its unique position offers it to deliver exciting advances.

We are delighted to be following up the digital transformation strategy and roadmap work we have done together with a programme to make the theory a reality.

The DEC is a relatively small organisation that will require new resources, skillsets and processes to be enabled to make transformative change happen. It will need strong measurement and insight to rapidly optimise and make the most of its limited resources.
